On October 12th 2015, a star-studded concert was held at The Royal College of Music to celebrate 50 years of this Award.

Presented by the legendary tenor Ryland Davies (and first winner of this award) and in the presence of Lady Christie, the concert included performances by Louise Alder, Kate Royal and Duncan Rock (all previous winners of the award), together with the 2015 winner, Nikola Hillebrand.
